
Q What do I need to hire a car?
A You need to be in possession of a valid driving license.

Q Do the cars have air-conditioning?
A Yes, most cars include air-conditioning unless indicated otherwise.

Q Can all the members of my family (or friends) drive the rental car?
A No, only those specified in the contract may drive the hired car.

Q Additional drivers?
A Two additional drivers are permitted, a surcharge of Ang. 5,- applies per day (per additional driver)

Q What are the deposit requirements?
A Cash deposits or via your debit card. If your rental period is max. 14 days you can also place your deposit with a VISA or Master card.

Q Which payment methods do you accept?
A Cash, debit (NL) bankcard VISA or Master card.

Q Is there a cancellation fee?
A No cancellation charges will apply. If you wish to cancel your booking please notify us as soon as possible.

Q Can I extend the rental duration?
A Yes, please contact us as soon as possible. Although the extension is subject to car availability.

Q Do you have a Pick-up and Drop-off service?
A Drop-offs are available at the airport (Hato Handling Building)
Pick-ups are not yet available.

Q What kind of fuel do I need to use?
A Fuel need to be brought back the same way you receive the car. All cars take regular.

Q Are there any driving restrictions?
A All off road, Hato (“vlakte van Hato”), Christoffel park (off-road) are off limits.

Q What will I do if my car breaks down?
A Although none of our cars are brand new we do have them checked and serviced on a regular basis. Should any failure occur you may call Roadside Assistance 24-7 at phone # 9247 and they will solve the problem as quickly as possible.

Q Is insurance included in the rate quoted?
A Yes, Third Party Liability (W.A.) cover for Bodily Injury and Property Damage is will always be provided.
This cover is automatically included in the rental at no extra cost.

Q What does LDW (All Risk) or Loss Damage Waiver mean?
A Loss and Damage Waiver is not an insurance. It is an option, -combination of Damage and Theft cover- which relieves the customer of any responsibility for loss of or damage to the rental car, provided the car is used in accordance with the terms of the rental agreement, LDW always comes with an own risk of Ang. 750-. Underbody and overhead damage are excluded from this option, as well as tires and windscreen / glass damage.

Q What happens if I have an accident?
A In the event of an accident contact Roadside Assistance 24-7 at # 9247 and also always call Road Service at 199, you will receive prompt assistance. You must always give a full account of the circumstances in which the accident happened. If you don't, you could be held liable for the cost of repairing the damage done to the rental vehicle and the party involved.
